HoTP: Cartoon Idea Complete

Storyline:
It's another peaceful day on the La Campus. Same things everyday go on. Papius and Plasticon have their daily rivalry, Yuki gets visited by the Ghost of X-Mas Past yet again, and Matt rattles on about how he believes the Kenny Rogers grocery store he works for is hiding a horrific past. He doesn't know how right he is...

As time moves on, the Campus announces their newest Chancellor, a man named Pulpantea. When he arrives, he threatens to cancel the comic, remove foreign students, and eliminate any superheroes on campus permanently! By using the Scepter of Educational Knowledge, he becomes a huge threat to Matt and the gang.

Pulpantea has become invincible, and also has been able to restore a dreaded group from the Kenny Rogers store, the Grocery Gang, to put an end to Papius and Plasticon! Though they were defeated long ago, they have been revived and have become stronger than ever! To put an end to Pulpantea's evil plan, Matt, Yuki, Papius, and even Plasticon, will have to team up, defeat the Grocery Gang, and save the Campus (And town...But no one cares about that).

Characters:

Heroes:
Lord Papius - The Paper Bagged Editor of the Campus Newspaper. United with Plasticon, they have agreed to take out Pulpantea and same the campus.

Plasticon - The Plastic Bagged Editor of the Campus Newspapre next door. United with Papius to take out Pulpantea.

Matt - Comiceer of the Campus. He worked at Kenny Roger's Grocery Store before the Grocery Gang appeared and took over. He has now teamed up with Yuki to put an end to their treachery.

Yuki (Belongs to )- A foreign exhange student of the Campus who has been hunted down by Pulpantea to be taken out. After finding out that the Grocery Gang hold the secret to stopping Pulpantea, she has teamed up with Matt to put an end to them once again.

Breadlings - Little bread creatures who have agreed to help Yuki escape the campus during the Chancellor's attack.

Villians (From 2nd to right on Bottom Row to the entire Top Row):
Scandroids - Androids created from the grocery store Scanners. They are able to detect who their enemies are along with their weaknesses, making them tough opponents.

VegiTed - A man created entirely out of Vegetables. Lurking in the Produce Department, he has created an army of Appbombs to take out any threats to his Vegis.

Appbombs - Apples turned into walking bombs.

The "Impenetrable" Buggy Barry - A man covered in two Buggies from the store. He is said to be unstoppable, but Matt is determined to take him out.

The Beefy Boys - Two muscular men who have beef around their chests and tattooed to their body. Their baldness have been known to cause blindness to those who stare directly into the light.

Pulpantea - New Chancellor of the Campus who has ordered the school that the Newspaper be cancelled, Foreing students terminated, and superheroes eliminated. With the Scepter of Educational Knowledge, he is unstopabble.

The Ice Cream Squad :

Vanilla Vicky - Youngest of the group and the leader. She has been hired by Pulpantea to take out Matt and Yuki by any means necessary.

Strawberry Sandy (Left of Vicky) - Strongest of the group. She has been assigned to take out Matt along with Vicky.

Chocolate Cindy - The smarts of the team. She has been assigned to take out Yuki with Vicky.
